Two weeks later…
"Isn't that your crush?" Liam teased when he saw Harry walk out the choir room.
"No, he's not." Kyla defended, while Liam raised his eyebrow.
"Don't believe anything Dylan says."
"I was just asking, why are you so guilty?" Liam sheepishly grinned.
"Shut up, I'll kill you." Kyla glared, shoving Liam.
Two weeks with the combined section had her closer to Pierre and Liam. With Dylan mostly with Pierre at dance practice, Liam was left to look after her. Which she refused, but the green-eyed one insisted instead. Now here she is, being looked after by the one and only…
Liam Oliver Wrenn Henderson, a British-Spanish American guy with green eyes.
Liam gave off a rockstar, edgy, bad boy look with his fashion sense, and people thought he was intimidating because of it. Well, Liam’s glances are indeed intimidating, but nonetheless, to her Liam was a huge dork, joking around and annoying her.
In fact, the British made her wonder if she was living under a rock all this time. It turned out that Liam was known by her fellow students. He was the ace of the baseball the quiet, calm, ace.
“Huh, he’s co-“
"He's coming this way." The brunette panicked, cutting Liam off.
"Wow, such panic for someone who denies her crush for him." Liam scoffed as he started to open his locker.
"Hide me." Kyla said.
"What? Why?" Liam asked chuckling, scanning through his stuffs.
"Just hide me." Kyla whisper-yelled as the curly haired boy continued to walk to their direction, not looking up from the paper he was reading.
"He's reading, he won't notice you." Liam chuckled, there were no other directions to go to except forward.
"Gosh Liam!" Kyla exclaimed before pulling the green-eyed guy towards her, beside the locker.
Liam raised his left hand to place a shield for the brunette who was currently hiding in between him and the locker. Both of them locked eyes, as they stood there inches away from each other. Kyla was again lost in the pool of Liam's viridescent ones.
"You're very beautiful." Liam mumbled out loud, examining Kyla's face.
The only sound they heard was footsteps coming closer to them, aside from that was the echo of the man's steps. Kyla bit her lip nervously as the footsteps come in closer, while Liam tried his best to look away.
"I think he's gone now." Liam whispered as the footsteps went away, gently pulling his hand down.
"Thank you." Kyla whispered as she moved away from the raven's locker.
"So much for 'No, I don't.' huh?" Liam teased as he grabbed a few books.
"I said, I don't like him." Kyla mumbled, slapping Liam's arm.
"Ouch!" Liam laughed as he closed his locker. The two continued walking outside the school, parting ways when Kyla's mom called her asking the brunette to wait by the bus stop while Liam walked to his car.
At home, the brunette continued her sketch. Coloring and putting details she remembers from her previous dreams. She's been dreaming about green-eyes for almost a year now. But it became more prominent the last few weeks. Kyla's phone buzzed, as she placed the last touch of color she needed for the finished product of her dream.
"Done!" The brunette grinned as she looked at the art she made. It was a sketch of green-eyes, with shades of prismatic colors.
The brunette then opened her phone as she looked at her notification. It was a notification update for Harry's new posted photo and a text from Dylan.
"I found Liam's instagram! Look!" Was written across her screen, followed by a link. Kyla opened Harry's post first. Smiling as she examined the curly-haired boys picture, zooming in his eyes. It was close to her artwork.
Kyla then opened the next notification from Dylan. She quickly clicked on the attachment, examining her drawing as she waited for the page to load.
"How the heck did she find this?" Kyla chuckled as she saw that it was indeed Liam's instagram profile.
The brunette then decided to scroll down, It was mostly nature and art, and a few pictures of Liam himself, but one caught her attention the most. It was a candid picture of the raven, his eyes being his evident asset as usual.
"What the?" Kyla breathed out as she zoomed in on Liam's picture, gazing at her artwork from her peripheral view.
"No." The brunette breathed out as a wave of realization hits her. Glancing back and forth from the drawing to Liam's picture, even placing them together. The details were on point, even the colors. She was certain it was Harry eyes, but the way it resembles Liam’s eyes were like a slap of reality.
"No freaking way." Kyla shook her head, dropping the sketch pad.
Kyla found herself pacing around the room, biting her lip in anxiousness as she refused to see the drawing, nor open her phone-which was still on Liam's profile.
Before she knew it, she was sprawled on her bed, eyes closed under her arm, sighing at the revelation(that she still hasn't solemnly accepted.)
"Yeah?" Liam smiled, wrapping his arm around the younger one's torso.
"Yeah." Kyla grinned hugging the green-eyed guy.
"Thank you for this." Kyla smiled as she looked at the place.
"Anything for my baby." The raven said as he placed a kiss on Kyla's forehead.
"I love your eyes so much." The brunette shyly smiled, while Liam placed a hand on her chin.
"So I've been told." Liam said before leaning in. Kyla bit her lip as she closed her eyes, waiting for the contact. Furrowing her eyebrows as she waited longer for the kiss to happen.
"Liam?" Kyla mumbled as she opened her eyes, not realizing she had just fallen asleep.
"No." The brunette breathed out as she jumped out her bed, realizing what she dreamt of.
"No, no, no." Kyla mumbled. Shaking her head as she walked to her bathroom, washing her face with water. She'd been dreaming of the raven for weeks now, and school wasn't any help at all.
"This is getting way out of hand." Kyla mumbled as she looked at herself.
"There must be a mistake right?" The brunette mumbled.
"We're just friends. It's normal to dream of a friend. Right?" The brown-eyed girl mumbled to herself.
"Was that a date? It wasn't. It's probably a friendly date, this is normal. Right?"
*"No it's not."
"Mom!" Kyla exclaimed as she heard her mother's voice.
*"Go to sleep, Stop yelling." Sighing, the brunette nodded before walking out her bathroom.
"4 am? Really?" The brunette mumbled as she looked at the clock before flopping onto her bed, blinking for a few times before hoping she'd finally sleep properly.
