A Test of Patience

Auguste's trip to Aurora Province took nearly four hours. It was past seven in the morning when they left Tarlac, and now it is almost twelve noon when they arrived at the AURELCO office.

Robert was the only one with him, being his assistant and also the driver. That’s what he always do whenever he’s traveling. He doesn’t take another driver because Robert knows how to drive. Sometimes he even drives himself.

But he’s too tensed right now about what their fate will be on that journey to AURELCO, so he asked Robert to drive for them. Maybe later, when they are travelling back home, he can do the driving. But not right now when he is too worried about the outcome of their meeting with Mr. Ocampo.

Auguste is the one who talked to the receptionist of the AURELCO when they arrived at their office. The woman gladly accommodated them.

“Miss, I’m here to see Mr. Ocampo,” he said to the receptionist.

“May I know their name, Sir?”
