My Extraction System

Ranks have been now changed into skill level


Right now, our hero was sitting in front of a laptop. 


He recently started researching famous U-tubers and combat experts to extract skills from. He also watched a ton of credible life skill videos, because he knew he would need them for the Gates.


(What did you expect him to do? Naught people.)


Quinn just scrolled through his newly extracted skills. He had also found out that he had the chance to gain skills without extracting


Requirements for evolution: 10 extractions


[Combo] (Can not be ranked up without satisfying certain criteria)


[Arcana] Note to self*Not a skill, it's a status alignment that gives him the ability to sense and mould mana.

[Extra skill psychokinesis lvl 15 skill] (Killian's skill is well over 65)

Sprint (Lv . 2) Active Skill  Mana Cost: 5 (+1/Since Minute Activated) Increases your movement speed by 40%. Each level up provides a 10% increase.

The skill had gone from 30% to 40% boost in movement speed. Even just a 10% improvement was huge. The skill came from a random passerby on the street, It might've been an athlete.


Advanced Dagger Proficiency (Lv . 1) Passive Skill  Mana Cost: 0  Dagger-specific  +33% Damage with Daggers .  "


Increased damage when wielding a dagger! It seemed that since he had to use a dagger up until he receives a new weapon skill.


'Looks like it'll be useless to use with other weapons now. '


On the other hand, it'll now be more effective than ever to use a dagger.  More so, he had become accustomed to wielding a dagger, and it did not seem like he would change weapons from dagger to hand to hand combat for the time being.


Quinn looked at the other two new skills with interest.


Vital Stab Active skill Mana Cost: +30. The precision of any skill related to physical movement increases to 80% regardless of status alignment.


Combo (Lv . 3) Condition requiring skill Mana Cost: +10 per combo done. Damage increased by 50% per combo+1.


Both skills creeped the fuck out of him. If he has a weapon like a club or a spear that can carry an unlimited amount of pressure and a magic item that provided mana, he should be able to kill Killian...


'Killing Killian, it's just a pipe dream now…'


Now that he thought about it, the final attack that he used on Killian never led him to his victory.  It could somewhat be described as dissatisfying. The moment he stabbed with the dagger, the feeling in his hand told him that the fight was over.


'So that was what bothered me soo much. '


To think that he found his method of exacting revenge just in 4 weeks flabbergasted him, but the possibility of a future with him having everything excited him too high heavens!


Quinn's heart raced.  He calmed himself down and started fidgeting the dagger until now, receiving an official offensive skill was like finding water in a desert.
