When his favorite novel ended, Jason who was in love with the female lead found that he had transmigrated into the novel as the second male lead who neither gets the girl nor a happy ending. He gets very angry.

Having the girl of his dreams right at an arms reach he decides to use the knowledge of the book to sabotage the male lead and take his place. 

He tries to get Sashina to notice him but why does the crown prince get drawn to him instead. Why does the crown prince always appear foiling his plans and what is his agenda?

When the prince starts showing attention to him instead of Sashina he starts to panic. 'Did I bend the male lead?'

Prince Amaru and Jason walked into the room at that moment. Amaru dropped the kettle of tea that he had brought in for Winrus. The shock of the words they heard was evident on their faces.

Davy turned his attention the door he was shocked to see the two men by the door. He was putting on a show for the second prince, he didn't anticipate for the there to be more audience for his show.

"Here I thought that you were in love with prince Nedryn. What does this new development mean for that relationship?" Malsar asked to him.

Jason paid attention to hear Davy's reply. Their lives were already complicated as it was. There was no need for the male to add more to their plates. He really needed to hear that the man just joking, pulling teases like he usually did with the man.
