10. Starting location in the World Map
The current state of the world is like a clumped-up area where the massive oceans have moved out of the way and it is now just all the continents separated by a few seas. Where the oceans have moved to the edges and now traveling the former North American Continent to the Island country of Japan is 5 Times longer when traveling by sea. And is faster to travel on through other continents to get to Japan.
But due to the cataclysm even traveling the ocean is extremely hard and only a few specialized military vehicles can barrel traverse the Unending Ocean. With the Unending Ocean Covering a big part of the surface of the earth, it was way better to travel through the air by passing through the other continents.
With the invention of better air travel facilities and the new generation of space travel technology, it was cheaper and faster to travel using the method of air travel.
Now that the world was morphed due to the cataclysm it brought many changes to the world. Quite a few countries have fallen and the whole of the earth came together to form a united front and established the United Federation that governed the world to garner a better future for generations to come. The United Federation was Founded in 2040 with overwhelming support from the majority of the world population.
With it came a variety of benefits and welfare and with the whole human population ushering in a New Era of technology and climate prosperity. Although there was the occasional impending doom crisis brought about by the cataclysm which was spread as rumors among the populace of the world. Common people eventually forgot about the cataclysm and the rumored World End.
Now the current world was divided into 7 continents.
1. Northern Continent
2. Western Continent
3. Central Continent
4. Southern Continent
5. Eastern Continent
6. North Pole
7. South Pole

With the cataclysm and drastic improvement in technology the North and South pole was made habitable for people to live and the previous Australians who managed to survive moved towards the south pole.
And the islanders and the population the people who accepted the immigration policy of the federation moving towards the north pole to occupy it.
With technology, both the poles went by massive terra-forming activities before people were immigrated to live there.
With that being said each continent was divided into multiple places.

And Noel has chosen the current location which is the Eden Basin which is in Country I of the Eastern Continent.

With a bright flash, Noel has transported inside the game again. And this time looking at the familiar surrounding and the place where he once fell, will be the same place where he shall rise and stand at the top of the worlds.
Even in his past life, Noel chose his Path of the King without the tutorial had to move around for a few hours before he found a decent spot to start his village. But now with the SSS Rating reward to choose the exact location that he wanted to spawn, he didn't waste any time and took out his [Village Creation Token(Legendary)] the one and only one in the whole world.
Noel took out the token and squeezed it to make it shatter in his hands. And as soon as it shattered he pressed his hands on the ground. With a drop of his blood seeping into the soil due to a cut from shattering the token. A blinding Golden and Orangish Light rose from the very spot and shot towards the sky.
The Light in the sky spread out and made a transparent dome-like structure that covered the surrounding 10km with Noel as the center. And all of this happened in 5 secs and the light disappeared. Now the surrounding area will belong to his village.

Noel squints his eyes as he sees that he's only 6th in establishing his village. He brought down the notification panel which was blinking as he looked at the notifications.

With the first player to get 1000 Merit Points and the subsequent players getting -100 less from the previous ranker and from 10th ranker everyone else who creates a village gets 100 Merit Points.
Merit Points play an important role in their status and are very hard to obtain and could only be obtained by village management and certain specific tasks or quests.
Noel sneered as he looked at these Top Names who were the Rankers in Country I in his past life, his eyes landed on the Everdusk Village by player "Aston Prince" which was the player who destroyed his dream and was the closest ranker whos nearby in the neighboring region.
And also at player "Rudra Lionhart" who was one of the players who earned their right through the tutorial. As the rest of the rankers are given guaranteed slots by the federation due to some influence.
Each Country has 4 slots(B Rating) which were internally distributed among the upper echelons and skipped the game tutorial and only started the game after the tutorial ended. That's why these players were able to establish their villages way faster as they were able to spawn at ideal locations.
