Imperial City in Trust Hospital at night,

Louis assured Kevin that he will be with Seren so he can go home. Today thankfully there was no night shift for Kevin so he can peacefully go home and rest. Now he was not worried about Seren anymore as he believed that Louis would take care of her.

As Kevin came out he saw Director Dr. Andrew Corden coming towards the emergency ward. Kevin greeted the director.

The director patted Kevin's shoulder as he said, " You worked hard Dr. Kevin. Thankyou for your cooperation".

Kevin replied, " Nothing is more important than a patient to a doctor".

Director asked, " True. Where is Dr. Seren? I heard she suffered from exhaustion and is resting. Actually I wanted to congratulate her for the success of surgery but I came to know about her condition".

Kevin replied, " Ahh.... yes. Dr. Seren is in the emergency ward. Her husband is with her right now".

Director asked, " Husband? Did she get married?".

Kevin replied, " Not a few days ago. I'll take my leave".

Director strode towards the emergency ward as he knocked on the door first and then entered. He saw a man in his mid twenties sitting beside Seren who was unconscious. The man's hair bangs were down which covered his forehead and he wore glasses so the director was unable to clearly see that figure.

The director introduced himself, " Hello. this is the director of cardiology department Dr. Andrew".

Louis lifted up his head as he introduced himself, " Hello. I am Seren's husband".

The director was shocked as he recognized the man, " Louis?".

Louis immediately said, " Please keep your voice down. I'm not Louis here".

Director asked, " What are you talking about? "

Louis explained everything to the director about his current identity and the reason behind it.

Director asked, " Did you really got married to Dr. Seren?".

Louis replied, " Hmm. we got married not long ago".

Director asked, " Why was I not known about all this? Even Elona didn't say anything".

Louis said, " Uncle please don't tell mother anything right now. Nobody in the family knows that I got married except grandpa and Alex. But what is uncle doing here?".

director said, "This is where I work so shouldn't I be here. Let that be aside. Aren't you becoming more and more disrespectful towards your family members? Nobody knows when you came back from abroad. You hid your identity and now you even want to hide your marriage".

Louis replied, " Uncle please don't make it sound like I am liar. As I told you this is because I am in the middle of some secret office mission. If my own family comes to know about Seren then as you know how will my mother trouble her daughter-in law. She won't listen at all".

Director asked, " What about Dr. Seren? Have you told her the truth?".

Louis replied, " She knows everything".

Director commented, " Good. You must never hide anything from your wife. Well Dr. Seren is really a good woman".

Louis asked, " Uncle is it fine if I take her home. She can rest there peacefully".

Director replied, " After she finishes her IV drip. She has worked hard a lot these past few days. I didn't expect to meet my nephew here with his wife. When are you going to introduce her to me? I am her senior in workplace so you must introduce her to me as your uncle".

Louis replied, " After my work is done I'll make sure to pay you a visit. I hope you don't tell anyone about my identity right now".

Director said as he showed a thumbs up, " Ofcourse. Don't you believe your uncle? Now I'll take my leave. She should rest too".

Director left the ward and Louis mumbled, " I really don't believe you uncle. Your brotherly love for my mother is really unbelievable. Guess I need to work out this as fast as I can".

After some time a nurse came in and checked Seren's IV drip. She removed the needle from her hand as the IV was over.

Louis asked the nurse whether he can take her home and she allowed it. He carried Seren to his car in the parking lot. He made her sit on the front passenger seat and buckled up her seat belt. He started the engine and drove towards their apartment.

Imperial City in Newly Wed's apartment at night,

It was 1:00 am when Louis and Seren both arrived home. Seren was still unconscious so Louis had to carry her to the bedroom as he made her comfortable to sleep. Louis was tired and sweaty because of carrying Seren to all the way here.

He decided to fetch some water and went to the kitchen. He returned to the bedroom and was about to go in for a shower but he heard Seren crying.

He quickly went towards her as he heard Seren, " Please don't leave me alone. Mom. Mom".

She was crying and calling her mom. Louis touched Seren's forehead in order to check if she had fever but suddenly Seren grabbed his hand. Thankfully she didn't had any fever. Seren who grabbed Louis's hand held tightly as she called for her mother again.

Louis assured Seren as he sat down beside her, " I am not going anywhere. I'll be with you".

He slept beside her as Seren held his one hand and other hand he put down her head in order to make her comfortable. Seren hugged Louis unconsciously as she slept peacefully again. Louis surrounded his hands around Seren to make her feel protected. Louis didn't even know when he slept.

At 4:00 in midnight Louis opened his eyes but Seren was not beside him. He tried to search for her everywhere in the house but she was nowhere to be found. She even left her phone and wallet at home on the dressing table. He was really worried. He decided to look for Seren near the premises. He just couldn't sit and wait for her to come back. It was still dark outside. He grabbed his coat and went out.
