Dimensional Ring.

Three figures journeyed beneath the cloak of the perpetual mist. A giant illusory hand trailed along their path, carrying a man squirming and thrashing within. Above, a leviathan centipede crept amidst the dome of the heavens, with its myriad of swirling eyes brimming with curiosity and untold vexation.

She stood at the edge of a cliff overseeing the vast expanse. The black ring coiled around her finger flashed in short bursts. A four-sided compass phased out from therein as it rested upon her palm.

“I need one of these,” Vincent took her hand and drew his fingers against the veneer of the ring.

“Why don’t you have one for yourself?” Careen inquired.

“Selena forgot to steal them while we were leaving,” Vincent laughed. “Well, can’t really blame her on this.”

“Oh? Never expected her to be this careless,” she sneered. “What was she even thinking?”
