Trail...Finale

Tears formed in her eyes as gratefulness and pity waged war within her. The woman didn't know how to feel, but…she knew at least someone was willing to help her. At least one person cared. She turned to look at Jack who still had the crazy smile from before. The man tilted his head as he looked at the daring boy who wanted to die before the woman.

A burst of chilling laughter. Laughter made their hearts quake with terror. They all looked towards the source of the laughter, Jack, and felt even more daunted as they saw the look on his face. It was a cruel yet joyful look. The look of one who was happy to see misery.
