A knock at the door draws your attention away from the columns of a spreadsheet. Tom stands at the entryway. The ex-leader of the Cathedral appears younger with his beard shaved down to a stubbly shadow and hair slicked back and styled to the side. He wears a black short sleeve polo with tan cargo pants and black work boots, all crisp and clean.

"Sorry to bother you this early, but I wanted to discuss some things before the work day begins," he says with a smile, stepping into the room and sitting in a folding chair near your desk.

"Sure, Tom."

"Well, before I get started, I just want to apologize for our disagreement, fight, or whatever we should call it. Things got heated, and I truly apologize for my actions."
