"By the way dude, don't talk to me if I'm alone with her." Owen said
"Technically your not gonna be able to be alone with her but I promise not to disturb your mood." Alex said
"Just make sure of that...."
The sun has risen up and all the lights outside were turned off. Matsumoto left early to check something on his work while Danica is on the kitchen cooking some curry for the three of them in the house.
'That smells nice.' Alex thought
"I've thought about Danica so much last night I couldn't sleep so please takeover for the whole day." Owen pleaded
"I also hadn't got my piece of silence because of you." Alex muttered
"Don't take it personally dude." Owen said
Alex showed up from across the dining area and Danica was surprised cause she didn't expect Alex to be the one to take over. She placed three plates on the table and serve food on each one.
"Come let's eat!" Danica said
"Her voice is truly angelic..." Owen said
'That's literally an average girl have...' Alex thought
"Don't be such a killjoy man!" Owen said
"By the way, You, Owen and that friend of yours did an amazing job clearing god's city. Care to tell me how'd you do it." Danica said
"Sure, One sec." Alex put a spoonful of curry on his mouth and switched with Owen
"Time to shine loverboy!" Alex said
"What was your question again?" Owen asked
'if things go quickly then don't be a fucking voyeur dude." Owen thought hoping Alex would hear it
"Roger that, What does a voyeur mean again?" Alex said
"I want to know how you three did those amazing feats yesterday, and how you guys also avoided the press." Danica said
"The last one probably has an easy and obvious answer, you see Alex damages himself when using his flames and he used quite a lot of it on our way out of the city that's why I am the one who took over the whole night." Owen said
"That make sense cause a few people captured a footage of you guys jumping out of the gate." Danica said
"Wait seriously??!!" Owen asked
"Yep, Look at this." Danica gave a phone with a video playing
Loud shouting noises can be heard and just from the clothes, he can easily distinguished that the people in the video is indeed them.
"We should've been more careful." Owen said letting a big sigh
45 minutes have now passed and the two did the dishes together while Alex is trying to endure the cringe words that Owen is letting out. They were happy talking with each other even though Owen isn't a tech geek like Danica.
"Now that every work in this house is done, what should we do now???" Danica asked herself while looking at the ceiling
"How about we go to the movies?!" Owen said with a huge smile on his face
"That's great but if I remember correctly, Alex is supposed to go to the forest every weekdays." Danica said
"Nah! That's not exactly a problem right now besides Alex is still exhausted from the fight yesterday so I have all time today to enjoy myself, so what do you say we go to the movies?" Owen said
"Yes!"
'Is she just waiting for Owen to confirm his words?'
They've reached the cinema where they buy the tickets for a horror movie just as they go in. There are still 5 more minutes so Owen left for a while to buy popcorn and smoothies for the two of them. As he returned Danica is just standing there with her face blushing.
'No Danica, this isn't a date!' Danica said to herself
"You alright?" Owen asked with his accent slightly sounding british
"Me?? Yes of course, How about your voice?" Danica asked in an attempt to annoy Owen
"Probably fine." Owen said with his voice back to normal
"Why the fuck am I with two lovebirds!" Alex said
'I thought you'll be quiet?'
They've entered the movie and now went to the seats with less people.
"Pretty cozy in here.." Owen said
The movie has now been going for an hour and Alex is also trying his best to listen to the events of the movie.
'It just keeps getting better.'
Two jumpscares have now passed and Danica is now clinging to Owen's arms which Owen practically enjoys.
"The movie would be interesting if only I don't hear two weirdo's failing to flirt with each other." Alex said which made Owen wrinkle his forehead
'Just shut up will you!'
4 hours later and Owen and Danica finished another movie and just ended eating some cake at the nearby café.
"Its suppose to be a cherry on top not a strawberry.." Owen said with a low voice
"I guess more people find strawberry better than cherries making the café make use of strawberries instead." Danica said
"Make sense but still, strawberry taste gross." Owen said making Danica laugh a bit
Meanwhile at the castle where the sunlight never rise, Quinn is standing in front of a frozen body hidden under the castle. He looks at it with both nostalgia and happiness.
"Dad, I finally managed to break the curse at least once!" Quinn said
The frozen body smiled.
"Just hold on for a little longer dad, I'll find a way to get you out of that state."
Quinn walks off with the door being opened by Vorden.
"My lord, your girlfriend Lady Amyrtha has arrived." Vorden said
"Now of all times..."
Hearing the news, Quinn suddenly lost his mood. Quinn may love her but Amyrtha is a pretty power abusive person. Quinn thinks that if Amyrtha discovers about Alex and Owen, she would just use it to increase her influence.
"Vorden, Don't tell Amyrtha about Owen and Alex." Quinn said
"Yes My lord." Vorden then took his leave
