"System give me basic array book"

A book appeared on Ivor's rough hands, the book had a wooden cover with pages made of paper that were tough as steel.

Ivor started to read the book and understand what arrays were and what they can do.

two years had passed since Ivor started to comprehend the contents inside the book, Although Ivor's cultivation did not improve much his understanding of cultivation increased.

"I see, so I can create formations that nullify sound, increase the density of Qi inside the cave, I can also make this place more secure that others can't intrude" Ivor had understood possibilities and what he arrays he could create.

"System what is an enlightenment stone?"

"ah, so simple" Ivor had started to absorb the enlightenment stone and his mind completely ignored the rest of the system's explanation.

Before Ivor could be even thinking, he had started to scream. The following scene showed a man screaming, it looked as he had gone insane from thin air while he was grabbing and digging his nails into his fingers.

The mountain had become deserted, the was no animal nor human. It had been 10 years since screaming began and it lasted for 10 years, over the years the mountain got called a cursed land by locals.

If a cultivator below nascent soul went to the mountains their emotions would be wavered and make them go insane making them commit acts that they desired deep below which could destroy their life.

The screaming had lasted for multiple years which made the mountain earn a name, Mount Screaming Smith.

Suddenly the screaming stopped, it was quiet. There was only the sound of wind and tree leaves rustling, nothing else could be heard.

In a cave middle-aged man could be seen on the ground, he had scars all over his face. There were deep scratch marks all over his body and a puddle of dry blood below.

The man suddenly got up and sat on the floor, his body was trembling and was thin.

"I can't move, I need food, I need... QI"

Ivor sat down and started to absorb qi, it took him six months to recover enough to walk slowly.

"..Sy..." Ivor was still in pain, he had been hurting himself constantly for 10 years and enduring it to survive.

Ivor could not speak much but he still could move, Ivor approached the anvil and started to craft tools.

Over the next 6 months Ivor created tools for carpenting shaws, chisels, files and other tools required for carpenting.

Ivor had decided to make his dull cave a little better, he was getting sick of dark walls and a little light from torches.

Ivor started to look a round the cave and headed towards the end of the cave. Ivor started to cut the rocks with his Qi and stroring the fallen rubble of rocks into his storage ring.

Ivor had dug a 100 meter in length, 20 meters in width and 10 meters in height and the stone cealing had a nice archway. Ivor also had added many Engravings onto the wall, this gave the stone walls texture and it gave a story.

The story would start with a boy born, abanoned, given hope, abandoned once again, then the boy was given help but still turned blind, death, reincarnation, new life, love, struggle, grace turning to destruction, loss and hate. This was the story engraved by Ivor, his life.

Each stage of the story leading to the end of the 100 meter cave, had an array. The arrays started from 1st grade and near the end it became 4th grade arrays.

The arrays used the emotions and amplified them, this was means of defence. The array would influence the mind of the passbyer and draw them into an illusion. The illusions used the emotion of the array to create a story were they suffered till the end of their new life, but if they forgot they had a current life at the end of the new life, they would die.

The array was dangerous that influence of hope, love or happiness can kill the cultivator inside. Ivor had named his tunnel entrence to his new home, Emotional Deaths Entrance.

at the end of the tunnel there was a big open entrence to a open octagone shape area. The width from one side to another was 150 meters, the height of the place reached 100 meters.

Ivor had decided to make 8 rooms for each side of the octagone. His plan was to have a hall way leading from the entrance to a centre of the octagone, then each room would meet to the centre section which had a 10 meter radius area, which made the the rooms length from wall to centre 45 meters and each rooms width was about 40 meters.

Ivor was going to build the building walls out of stone that he had dug also he was making the floor and stairs out of high grade wood he has left over.

Each wall, floor must have an enchanment to prevent the place collapsing from external force, which meant that would need to inchant each stone and wood, but Ivor had another plan with it, he would use the enchanted engraving to create a powerful array inside the house.

Ivor knew this was going to be a long process but while he did it he would comprhend more about construction, engraving and arrays.

"System give me the soul technique"

Ivor first wanted to learn the soul technique, he believed there was something unique to be gained from it.

While Ivor was comprhending the soul technique he noticed his comprhession abilities were faster than before, since Ivor had absorbed the englithenment stone his potential had increased to above average this also meant comprehesnion increased with it, his cultivation had reached peak Divine stage of the Golden core realm.

There are 3 stages in Golden Core Realm: Refinment, Divine and Soul. Ivor had passed the stage of refinment while hurting him self but because he was absorbing the englinhment stone it had a weird reaction to his injuries, it would try to heal Ivors injuries each time but Ivor kept injuring himself over and over, that it created a pattern which improved Ivor's body, but the englithenment stone was too slow in healing.

This made Ivor's body skinny but strong and then he broke through to Divine stage, reaching the peak of Divine stage was simple for Ivor since he learned about divine mind at foundation realm. The enlighenment stone just kept strengthing it, making Ivor Divine mind extremly strong.

Ivor kept comprhending the soul technique and found out his soul was stronger than average person, this was due to Ivor reincarnating but reincarnation is a basic law, it was instead because he had memories of his previous life. This meant that since he was born, his soul would keep becoming stronger due to having two life times of struggle, and the soul kept trying to keep up with the mental state of Ivor, having a mental state stronger than the soul could cause unbalance and poor health.

So, Ivor kept comprhending the material in hand.
