Chapter 7: The Calm Before The Storm

I'm with jane and henry as usual and were with tom now as well, he apologize to henry and jane for what he did to us back then, and after then henry forgive him at the end, while tom is kinda happy about that but seriously...he really like jane huh, he's blushing everytime he's looking at her...well i can understand him because jane is really cute, im sure she's going to be a fine woman when she grow up...

we were sitting on our usual place talking to each other with jane's snacks that she always brought with her basket, she's been working hard on cooking to her age

[by the way, were going to leave this place the day after tomorrow...]

[were going to leave this place as well, were going to the capital with our parents]

it's sad that the four of us will going to part ways even tho we just started hanging out with tom, but im sure we can meet each other again after everything is taken care of...

[i dont really want to leave this place, but they said that it's going to be dangerous...]

[yeah, even my dad is telling me that as well, the butcher will be close and were going to leave this place and go to the city of ruins, and dad said there are so many adventurers in there, so the he's sure that our shop will going to be successful in there]

were laughing on our talk about different kind of things, like there's no tomorrow...but yeah all of us are going to part way after this, living in a world full of dangers isn't easy huh...

[what about you blank? did mr.balimor and ms.arisha told you where all of you will gonna go?]

henry ask me that but i actually dont really have any clue where will we go the day after tomorrow because arisha and balimor didnt tell me a thing...

i made it back home and it's still too early the sun is still so bright outside, balimor is early as well because were going to prepare for our departure...and tomorrow morning henry and jane is going to leave this place...and then the day after tomorrow were the one who will leave and tom as well they plan to leave this place as the same day with us...

i will miss this place...

arisha is preparing our dinner for tonight and balimor is cleaning his weapon...it's like a gauntlet that's use to punch and his light armor, i was so amaze looking at it and then i arisha put some snacks on the table...and suddenlyn i remember that i dont have talents on mana...but what if i tried using aura...

[mom...i dont have any talent in mana right?]

[eh?...o-ofcourse not, we still dont know about that you know...] (did he hear our conversation last night?)

arisha glared at balimor with sharp eyes as if like she wants to ask for "help me here, it's your fault as well because you talking so loud"

arisha's expression is so terrifying...

[w-well, you might dont have any talent in mana but what if i train you in using aura?]

arisha isn't happy on what balimor suggested because arisha knows as well that i dont have talent on ising aura well it's still not sure even if i really cant do it but balimor you can say that he's a master on using an aura so he can tell that i dont have any talent for it....

even if i dont have any talent on it...i will try...i will not going to back down just like on my previous life with full of my regrets....

balimor started laughing on my confidence and he goes outside the house...

were outside and balimor take off his shirt, he have a really good build on his body...

[first let me tell you things before we start...using an aura isn't an easy thing that you can just learn, unlike using mana aura is mostly for people who will use weapon to defeat their enemies and mana is using magic to defeat their enemies...]

balimor explained me the basics, i remembered them on my head

[and using aura is something like achieving it with enough training, and releasing aura isn't safe for normal people, remember the time you almost passed out when i release my aura?]

[yeah...and i didnt almost pass out that time, more like to say i almost died]

balimor flinched that it looks like something hit his head but he's back it composure after saying those things...

[w-well now lets start, first you need to feel your surroundings...]

balimor started moving his both hands and feet, he's moving like a water and i can feel it...the pressure on his movements...

[now then try to focus on feeling it, the warm feeling that'll surround you and then try sucking it up on your body...and then try building them up one after another on your body, that is the basic on how to feel the aura on your body and then if you succeed on building it up, then cover it on your body and then...]

balimor punched the air while facing the wall...and suddenly a crack has been made on the wall after balimor tried punching it but he didnt even touch the wall]

[and that's how it is, now try it]

i dont know why but i think i understand it a bit...

i tried closing my eyes...feel it...feel the warm heat on your surroundings...i enhale...then i started to feel a bit pain on my body but i tried to endure it...then slowly i can feel it that something is building up on my body...i tried doing what balimor said to me...i failed and failed until it's already late but then...i tried it for the last time and this time it's a different feeling...i open my eyes while balimor is looking at me...and then i can see it...they look like some kind of white particles on my surrounding...i was amaze...is this really an aura? is that what's balimor talking about? but i didnt lose my focus...i tried doing it again...and then i slowly, i tried building up those white particles that i can see on my body and then i tried covering it around my body...and then ,a pressure surround me and my whole surrounding...it feel so good...

[i...i did it?]

i look at balimor but he have a surprised look on his face, maybe he was really surprise that i did it...

[you...you really did it?]

balimor shook his head and smiled at me

[you did it! HAHA you really did it blank!]

i was so happy looking at balimor that he's happy that i succeed on using aura, but this is just the beginning im sure

[but it's really surprising that you did it, and more than that your still so young]

i see...so it's really not that easy using aura...i guess im lucky to make it or im actually a genius on using aura...well as if

we ended the day celebrating my success on using aura and even arisha was so surprised on my result...but for some reason...

i can see so many things on my surroundings now...just like how i saw the small particle things when im trying to use aura...and i can see it at arisha as well...is this one of the things that'll happen if you practice on using aura?

i didnt think more deeply about it because i can only see them if i focus my aura....or more like everytime i just want to see it...
