Chapter 18: Aunt Zener!!

Everyone's jaw dropped....

I started packing my bag. Many students of class eighth green surrounded me. But since they remember that Principal Sao greeted me.

It was unlike a figure as great as Principal Sao to lower his head especially to a high schooler. They saw the coldness in my eyes and didn't utter a word.

Venessa was dumbfounded. She came up to her. She took a little time to get back to her senses. She was going to ask her to lunch...

"um.. Sapphire would you..?"

"Can't you see I am busy?" I said not looking up.

"Didn't you heard when I said to Principal Sao that I was going somewhere..well my decision didn't change! " I added coldly not paying anyone any attention.

Venessa was not used to being rejected. She made up her mind to win this talent show. The girls beside her wee not sure.

If she had the Prince by her ofcourse most of them will give her vote.

After I finished packing, I was about to leave but Venessa stoped me...

"Wait!" Venessa shouted.

"What?!" I said with my cold eyes staring straight at her.

She stopped for a while before speaking loudly.

"Sapphire..I..I challenge you for the talent show..the one who scores better wins"

"Why between us only.. how about whoever comes first wins!" I said calmly.

"No one else can participate, it's between you and.." she said shaking yet was loud.

"Anyone will be more than happy to beat or are you scared" I said with a grin.

Everyone started whispering and sounds slowly became loud.

"Ughh, fine!" Venessa agreed reluctantly...

"You better get ready...you're gonna get a pretty hard beat!!" I said turning away and leaving.

Venessa just froze up in a place. She was ignored, then rejected and now embarrassed. She probably had the worst luck, always sticking her leg in my business.

Everyone made room for me and didn't utter a word. Just as I reached with outside, Zander was waiting for me there.

Everyone bowed to greet him but just shook his hand...

"That was strong after..." Zander said.

"Leave that, why were you not in class today" I questioned.

"Mother, had called me to pickup some things for her" Answered Zander.

"Yeah, how is she feeling now?" I said.

"Better than last week" Said Zander.

"Ok! I'll be back by the evening classes. Also, I was thinking of meeting your mother tomorrow morning, do inform her for me'' I said with a smile but there was hardly any warmth in it.

"Alright!" Zander replied.

Venessa was even more stunned now seeing that I don't bow to him and he quickly answered to me without any hesitation. Moreover, we shook hands.

Venessa was returned back to her with Zander's voice but froze again after hearing his words.

"Stay away from her, I warn you" Said Zander coldly.

"But it isn't like she needs me to beat you up" Zander added.

I reached outside and saw a car park just infront of me. It was a racecar but not mine. It was a different company but the same model.

It was shine blue instead of the royal red...

Whoever sent it knew my preference...

Moreover, a slightly grown up gentleman came. I recognised him as one of the persons whom I let go from a building under a terrorist attack.

My dealer requested me to bring just one person out but I brought out four. The man was about to introduce himself but I interuppted.

"I know very well who you are... just tell me who sent you" I said gently but the coldness aura around me shattered his words.

"Mam.. Miss... I am sent by Master Reddit. It is my honor to be of service to you" He said.

"Uh, huh!" I said nodding gently.

I got a call then. Before picking up the phone, I said to the gentleman to give me two minutes...

"Aunt Zener!" I said in shock after listening to the voice who was on the other end of the phone but my voice still low.

"Yes, dear.. I heard about my brother. I am so sorry" said Aunt Zener.

"um.. it's okay! Any particular reason you called" I asked in a gentle tone.

Aunt Zener was more than just nice to me but like others called only when she needed something since she lived in Wales and had a good earning but nothing compared to mine.

She was married into Zener family which was among the top five in Wales but in other countries had no such reference...

When she mentioned that she is related to our family she usually got a lot of attention which otherwise she wouldn't have gotten.

"um.. Akil had come over to England with his grandmother and would be studying in your school.. I wanted ask since his grandmother will be quite busy will... " Aunt Zener said.

"Aunt don't worry, I'll get him admitted and I'll pay myself. Send them over at 5:00" I said calmly.

"Thank you, Sapphire" said Aunt Zener.

"Aunt I am getting late for my metting, I'll hang up now" I said trying not to sound hurried.

"Ok! dear" said Aunt Zener as I hung up.

I sat in car my eyes not lifting from the screen. In the way the car was stopped by a policeman. The gentle man driving looked like he will pounce the police man if I gave a signal.

I stopped him and lowered the car window. I didn't look up and just said calmly "What is it?".

According to the reaction of the police man it looked like I was too cold...

"Say it!" I repeated myself.

"Mam our surveillance cameras recognised you driving a car yesterday..um liesence... '' said the police man.

"I am a high school student. I am a self made billionaire. I will be turning 15 next week. Yes, I was driving a car yesterday because my mother is dead and my father was in a critical situation." I responded quickly and carefully.

"Also, I hope that this sum is enough to cover for the trouble I have caused you" I added handing him some money and finally looking up.

Cold!!

He was left dumbfounded...

Even the driver gulped in the surprise and started the car on my signal. After some time he asked me that how was my dad.

"Dead" I said calmly and sounded gentler than before. There was also a tear in my eye. I didn't thought he would notice but he did.

"Mam, not to interrupt or something but I had the chance to become a father because of you and I would know how you feel." he said handing me a napkin.

"If you didn't take pity on me I would have been killed by those terrorists. The bond between parents and a child is unbreakable." he added.

"Thanks, and don't tell anyone about this"I said wiping my eyes.

"I wouldn't dare say a word" he answered.

"Then you should know that both my parents death was a murder and I will not spare the one who did this" I said and this time the coldness in me penetrated him completely.

He was just able gasp...

I got off the car. The place was too noisy without even a single customer. It was only the staff there. I kicked the chair near me gently with my leg.

SCREECH..!!

They all saw a girl in a normal casual dress and in a school jacket...

There was sudden silence. One attendent from the crowd said attentively...

"Young girl, go back! These are not the visiting hours"

I pushed him aside making him fall on the ground...

Two weapon-less guards came forward to take me outside.

What were they thinking??

I lifted my jacket revealing two guns and a knife. The crowd that was only quite before was now horror struck. They didn't bother me and made way for me.

"All these noisy jerks need is a fright" I said grinning towards a figure appearing from a dark room.

Everyone bowed to greet the man. He had a slender figure and slightly long brown hair on one side. It was easily seen that he was usually cold and respected.

But as he saw me his his coldness melted away completely...
