I got another passive skill called "antitoxin". It seems to stop poison effects from monsters at lower levels than me. My body feels so light now like I could jump up and never stop.

We kept walking through the dark and damp jungle keeping a lookout for more arrows or assassins everyone was on edge. There was a small crack behind me. A twig had broken. We all formed a triangle. There could be any number of assassins out there. Suddenly an assassin jumped out his dagger like a fang . It flew to my gut with pinpoint precision. My blade swung out slicing through the elf's hand, the dagger dropping to the ground, the ornate silence shattered with his screams. My sword swung down on his head, the screams stopped abruptly. Oh shit oh shit! Now everything in this damned forest knows where we are. Suddenly I felt watched, like there were a million eyes on me. I huddled in front of Chaaya. From about eight directions arrows whizzed to us. I pushed their heads down.

'Alert: Skill activated - "smash" '

My fist glowed as I swung it round knocking five arrows out of the air with a gust of wind. But the next thing I heard was three thudding sounds. Blood rolled out of my mouth.

'Alert: passive skill activated - "antitoxin" cool down 10 mins'

Damn it, I got hit. My health points have taken a nosedive even without the poison damage. I've barely got ten. If I stub my toe at this point I'm screwed. Three assassins popped out behind me attacking my back.

'Alert: Skill activated - "Lightning rush" '

I killed all of them my Mp is low now too.

"Human, boost my speed! For as long as you can!"

"Right!"

"Avon protect her! I'll be right back."

"Right!"

Damn it, why am I going so far? I ran up a tree slashing at the first archer. Then jumping to the other two, I had grievances with them. Why am I protecting Avon? Could he be the first, no third human I've met that wasn't an evil bastard. I then leaped into the air, the ground falling beneath me as I rejoined it, my feet thudding into the soft ground sprinting forward to the five trees. An assassin jumped out of me followed by eight more but I charged into the first one my sword extended. The move I had used against my first kill. I rolled across the damn floor. Jumping up I sank my sword into the next elf's neck. Then stealing their daggers I stuck them in the next two's stomachs, blood flowing onto my hands. I then shoulder-barged the next enemy.

'Alert: Skill activated - "Conjure" '

My sword appeared in my hand. I stabbed it into the elf I had pinned then pulling it out I threw it at the furthest one the blade lodging itself in his neck.

'Alert: Skill activated - "Smash" '

My fist glowed and I poured mana into it punching the next two knocking them to the floor. I walked over to my sword and stopped just before I arrived as five arrows flooded the corpse in front of me. Taking my sword I finished off the last two and dashed forward. Running up the tree again throwing my sword at the elf behind me.

'Alert: Skill activated - "Conjure" '

My sword reappeared as I arrived at the top of the tree.

'Alert: Skill activated - "Lightning rush" '

Chopping through the second elf I jumped to the next branch, my entire body contracting into a ball as I flew through the air, I kicked my feet as I landed, thrusting forward with my sword. Then jumping off my last victim I stole three arrows from his quiver sticking them in the next archer as I appeared in front of him. The next archer was drawing back his bow, the arrow flying towards my hand knocking the sword from my grip.

'Alert: Skill activated - "Conjure" '

'Error: Rhy doesn't have enough Mp to use this skill'

Shit. The elf jumped forward, a dagger gripped in his hand. This is how I die isn't it? What possible option do I have? If I fall backwards I'll hit my head and die. I can't dodge on this thin branch and it's too late to reach down and grab the arrows. What the hell do I do? I can't die, not like this, not after fighting so many of these bastards. I saw a glint in the corner of my eye. A long object flying towards me. It was Avon's spear. It shot to my side and I caught it spinning the momentum round slamming it into the side of the elf. I dropped to my knees. My stamina was empty, my Mp was empty, my Hp was practically nonexistent. Chaaya's boost was gone. I feel like shit I took a potion from my inventory, chugging it down to restore a portion of my Hp. I fell back slumping to the ground at the base of the tree losing twenty health points but it was worth it. The damp leaves on my back felt so good. I felt like I could fall asleep. Even though I was in the middle of a gate.

"Rhy! Rhy! Are you alright?"

'Alert: Rhy has received ultimate skill.'

'Error: Rhy has not met requirements to view ultimate skill.'

Ultimate skill? What the hell? In an MMO that would be a super powerful skill that takes a lot of mana but why can't I view it? and what are the requirements? Well I suppose this isn't exactly the time for that. I'll just pour my skill points into speed as usual. Now the time has come to find the boss room and take out the boss so I can go to sleep. Damn I'm too tired to fight a boss.

"Rhy, oh god he's dead!"

"I am not."

"Thank god let me heal you."

"That isn't needed. I am fine."

"Dammit not again. How can I be so useless?"

"You aren't useless. I would have died several times over if it wasn't for you. I know it isn't exactly how you pictured using summoning magic but boostong my base stats has been crucial to so many of my fights so thank you." If we wiped out the whole gate does that mean there are no enemies? in that case I can tyake a quick nap, just to recover strength.

"Yes yes as I've been saying all along I am amazing and the only reason you've survived this long."

"Oh stop your shouting human, I'm going to take a nap, don't bother me."

"A NAP?!?! What about the monsters"

I yawned, laying my head back in the ground.

"We killed them all."
