Everyone walks into the sitting room and meets a very tensed scene. Everyone passed glances to each other and later to Oscar. Mia and Mr. Davis glaring at each other with Mia's hands in her jacket's pockets. Oscar sensing the tensed situation hurriedly moves in between them. 


"Em... dad this is Mia and Mia this is my dad, Mr. Davis" Oscar said staring into his mother's eyes 


Mia and Mr. Davis kept on glaring at each other without saying a word. The entire room was tensed. Everyone stared at them without a word not knowing what the appropriate words to say at the time. Oscar stepped back after noticing they were not going to speak. Mia broke the silence after a while. 


"Nice home" She said with a fake smile 


"A compliment or an insult?" Mr. Davis asked 


"Take it as whatever you please. Sorry, where are my manners? My name is Mia and I am a friend of your son, Oscar" 


Mia sits in an authoritative manner. "Sounding like there's more. Yes, he's my friend"
