Alice POV:

I woke up when the plane was landing thankfully and I turned and saw that Maddie was also sleeping so I decided to wake her up

"Hey sunshine"

Her eyes fluttered before she looked at me

"Yea"

"We are here...it's time to go"

"Okay"

After getting our suitcases we decided to head out and into the car that was taking us home

After 30 minutes we were home and Maddie immediately went to the kitchen which was funny

I went to the kitchen to see her trying to reach for the cereal

I walked up to her and helped her out "when your done with the cereal...you go up to the guest room that would be the one down the hallway,mine is on the other side of the hallway ok?"

"Yea thanks Ali...I really need a bed after this...I'm tired"

"Alright love...I'll be in my room if you need anything let me know okay?"

"Yea I will thanks"

I made my way towards the room and I laid on my bed feeling tired from everything

Firstly my secret and now Zander,I don't really know how long I would keep the secret from my family because the deserve to know the truth about everything I don't want to hurt them

I'll try as much as possible for Zander to hate me too that he won't regret it when the right time comes

I don't know when I drifted off to sleep but am glad I did so I could escape reality for some time

I woke up to the sound of my ringtone and immediately I saw the caller I became nervous

It was Zander that was calling and I didn't want to pick up but I decided to

I don't really know why I decided to but something in me wanted me to do so

"Hello"Zander said and he was sounding worried

"Hey"

"Where are you Ali...I mean Alice.....I came over to your house to see how you were doing and to apologize since I never got the chance to and your brother said you left and with Maddie"

"Yea I did leave and there's nothing to talk about you know...It's fine but can you just leave me alone....I'll really appreciate that...thank you"

Immediately I hung up,I dropped my phone and was staring at the ceiling till Maddie came into the room and brought me back to reality

"Hey Ali....your awake finally...are you feeling alright you look kind of pale"

"Yes baby I am...how was your nap"

"It was good"

"So get ready we are going out am taking you somewhere in the next 30 minutes"

"Are you sure Ali...I'm fine at home...you look sick"

"I'm good Maddie...now go get dressed...it's a causal place by the way"

"Ok"

After she left I decided to shower so I could relax

Stepping out I got dressed in my black sweatpants and a pink cute crop top

[you guys must have noticed I mostly wear sweatpants and crop well I love it❤️]

I put my hair in a messy bun and wore cute flip flops

I didn't do makeup I wasn't really in the mood....I finished getting ready and was waiting for Maddie to finish when I felt a rise of food coming from my stomach and I quickly rushed to the bathroom to empty the content

Instead of throwing up the food I ate,I threw up blood which wasn't a shock to me because I have done that before

I flushed the toilet and rinsed my mouth,I took a look at myself in the mirror to find out I was more pale

But I didn't want to ruin Maddie's trip at all so I went downstairs so we can head out

I was heading downstairs when I saw Maddie staring at me with wide eyes meaning she saw everything

"Ali....are you okay?"she said with teary eyes

"Yes baby I'm fine...don't cry so you won't ruin your day and your vacation"

"I don't care about a vacation or day....I care about you and you aren't okay...I saw everything"

"I'm just having stomach upset...I'm fine baby and I want you to have a good vacation here so let's head out"

She looked at me with disbelief but decided to drop it and I was happy for that

We left the apartment and went to the garage to get my car and Maddie was walking in front of me

I began to feel dizzy and I stopped for sometime making my vision come back then I began walking again and we were almost at my car when everything became black and I fell

Maddie's POV:

I was walking in front of Ali with this feeling which wasn't really setting right and I turned because I want hearing her footsteps anymore

What I saw got me in tears...I saw my sister on the floor so I ran to her got her phone and called 911 which the said they were on their way

I was trying to wake her up but she wasn't responding and I felt useless at that point

I called Jay next while tears were running down my face

"Hello"

"Kiddo what's up"

"Uhm...Jay it's not Ali...it's me Maddie"

"Why are you crying and what are you doing with Ali's phone anything wrong"he sounded worried

"Uhm...Jay Maddie fell and she isn't really feeling well...I called 911"I said that with my voice breaking

"What!!!I'll be there soon....we are coming there Maddie...everything is going to be alright okay?''

"Yea" and with that I hung up and all I could hear was the siren and I was glad at that moment that the came quicker than possible

She was put in a stretcher and was carried into the ambulance while I sat beside her holding her hands and praying for her to please not leave me

I didn't know the time we reached the hospital but we did at the end she was rushed in immediately and I was asked to wait

I sat down thinking about everything and then my eyes started feeling heavy so I decided to shut them for sometime
