“I should have been more thoughtful and brought Meg.” Armand took a bowl of soup from Giles and placed three sandwiches on his plate

“Michelle and the she-wolves can handle it, especially with caterers coming in from Minneapolis for the wedding. Colin, you didn’t have to make lunch,” Marc said between bites of his sandwich.

“This cold air makes everyone hungry and Michelle was busy. If this is going to be my house too, I should be able to help. Michelle didn’t mind because when she came to the kitchen, she didn’t kick me out.”

“See, by reading his books, he’ll teach the other young Alphas how to be less imperial and more practical about lending a hand,” Armand intoned. Colin watched Sean swallow a giggle behind his napkin. Armand was as imperial as an Alpha could get.

Once Colin, the Alpha Mates, and the Betas cleared the table and cleaned the kitchen, it was almost three in the afternoon.
