“Really,” I asked, pulling her closer to me.

“Oh, yes. I needed it. I meant it when I said I’ve thought of you a lot of the years. Why do you think my marriage didn’t work?” she whispered. “I couldn’t stop thinking about all those times we made love. How wonderful we were together, how easy it all was and how great sex between us had been. There was always that wedge between Paul and me, something was missing.”

“Because of me?” I asked hopefully.

“Yes,” she said, taking my hand.

“Come, over here,” I said, leading her to the cove.

We hid ourselves in a corner, embracing and kissing. Her lips were so soft, so enticing and her tongue when it entered my mouth almost made me swoon. Her smell intoxicated me and as I ran my hands over her breasts. I noticed how laboured her breathing had become.
