Chapter 27

“What?” Liam asked.

“Okay, this is dumb, but I saw a movie once where two guys and a girl danced together.” His lips turned up in a half-grin. “They took turns on who was in the middle.”

Merianne clapped her hands. “I love it. So on your feet men; we’re going to give the rest of the company something to gossip about for at least the next week.”

“What are they doing?” Charlie said.

“Who?” Ricky asked, his attention so entirely on his lover he was oblivious to the other people on the dance floor.

“Jace and…company.”

“And company?” Ricky finally looked where Charlie pointed. “Dancing?”

“All three of them?”

Ricky chuckled. “Looks like it to me. A Merianne sandwich.”

“Not anymore,” Charlie muttered when Liam spun his partners so that Jace ended up between him and Merianne.

“That’s kind of sexy,” Ricky said. “Maybe we should ask Belinda to join us?” He winced when Charlie, not at all accidently he was certain, trod heavily on his foot. “Or not.”
