Claude replied in kind before saying, “This is Maurice Sauvage, the new head of our promotional branch in France. He’s over here for a week to see how we handle things here.” He smiled at Mark. “I’m sure you’ll be seeing quite a lot of him during the continental tour.”


The three men talked for a few minutes before Claude and Maurice moved on, heading toward Nate. As he watched them, Mark realized the man from the photo was gone. He looked around quickly, scanning the crowd as best he could, but the man had disappeared.


Ah well, I’ll phone Angelo in the morning to tell him I at least sighted the guy.
