Chapter 52

Finally, I resorted to a whisper, “Xavier, can you sleep on your stomach.” I tried to push his back with some slight pressure.

For a moment my hopes were raised, when he mumbled my name, “Jake—’’ But his physical response was nil.

With this lack of response, and his arm now draped over me, I realized there was no way I could sleep. It was more important for Xavier to get sleep so I moved carefully off the bed and sat on a chair in the corner. For a moment I watched him as he lay with his arms fully extended on my side of the bed, his large and muscular frame moved to stretch out. His boxers slightly low, so you could see the dimples above his butt crack.

Xavier probably broke a lot of hearts.

I shouldn’t be having these thoughts about him.
