Artaz rubbed his ethereal hands together. “Bhira roams this village tonight. She believes she stole the Stones in Ciobion, but when she tried to revive their power, they wouldn’t work. A good plan that was, I might add.”


Jaelin pointed to Estelle. “She found the look-alikes, and we didn’t even know Bhira would go after them. It was just a joke we wanted to play on the guys.”


“But she did go after them,” Artaz pointed out. “It bought you some time, most of which you lost on the pirate ship. Now you must find the last Stone. When you find the merchant, convince him to hand it over. If he won’t do so willingly, offer to buy it.”


The Mystic nodded. “If he feels the trade is fair, he’ll be giving it freely. The outlaw has enough money to cover any cost.”


Airk balked. “How do you know that?”


Artaz gave Airk a withering look. “Any other questions?”
