Chapter 90

“Are you guys hungry?” Tom said.

“I could eat,” Bobby said, “but I’d like to take a shower first.”

“Me too,” Noah said.

“I took one an hour ago,” Tom said, “so I’ll just sit here and read.”

Bobby went to his room, and Noah disappeared in the direction of their walk-in closet, which also served as a dressing room and opened into the master bath. Sometime later, Tom looked up from his book just in time to mark his place and lay it to one side before Noah sat down sideways in his lap, legs dangling over one armrest.

Noah hugged him and they kissed briefly. “Where’s Bobby?” Noah said.

“He hasn’t come back from his shower yet,” Tom said. “Maybe he’s taking care of business, or something.”

“Could be,” Noah said. “He was certainly getting turned on by all the hot guys we saw at the mall this afternoon.”

“What about you?”

“Oh, they were good-looking,” Noah said, “but I’ve got something better waiting for me at home.”
