“Hi,” Bobby said, his eyes not leaving Chad’s ass.


Noah sat down beside Bobby and said, “Did you have fun last night?”


“You got that right,” Bobby said. “I found out what I’ve been missing and did my best to make up for lost time.”


When they were eating, Noah said, “Tom and I had an interesting conversation with the lawyer late yesterday.”


They took turns telling Bobby and Chad what they’d learned, as well as what they planned to do about it.


“Wow,” Bobby said. “Uncle Joe is something else, isn’t he?”


“True,” Noah said, “and we’re going to beat him at his own game.”


“What are you guys doing today?” Chad said.


“I have to go down to the church at ten for a staff meeting,” Tom said. “I’ll probably be home by one. After lunch, I have a lot of work to do at the keyboard.”


“I’m going to sit down at the piano right after I take a shower,” Noah said, “and work on some of the pieces for my senior recital.”
