Mikael Jarvela may only be a half shifter, but that doesn’t mean he can’t be alpha of the eastern Finland farm-turned-sanctuary his father founded. “Shit.Okay,we should take him home.I’ll go get the ATV from the farm,and you two can drag him to the path?”Mikael asked,just to make sure.


“Yeah,sure.I think he should weigh around seven hundred pounds,being this huge.But if he weighs four-fifty now,it’s a miracle.Damn,he’s malnourished.”Noah made a face as he went to take a closer look at the tiger,who had stopped making the sounds and was barely breathing now.


While shifters weren’t super-beings,both Noah and Sean were stronger than Mikael could ever be.They had no stronger metabolism or miracle healing,but their senses were sharper,and they were stronger than humans physically,even in their human forms.


“Let’s hurry.I don’t know how long he has while still in here,”Mikael said and began to jog across the forest back to the farm.It was tricky;the forest was still wet after all the snow had melted,and he almost tripped twice before he got to their narrow path.
