“We shouldkill him,” Friedrichson said. “So long as he’s alive, T.H.R.U.S.T. will come after him.”


“You make me consider using you as another test subject, along with Cooper.” The doctor turned to glare at his underling. “But you do remind me that we have a job to do. As enjoyable as this has been, we must return to work. The rest of the gas will have dissipated by now. Give Cooper the antidote and make certain he repairs the production equipment properly. And for God’s sake, Cooper, keep the pellets separate from the catalyst liquid this time.”


He glanced back at Nikoloz. “It really is quite a shame you cannot lift a finger. Only two milliliters of our special serum, and you’d be restored to normal. But you’ll just have to be patient. We’ll get to that truth serum eventually. I believe I shall send one of the guards back after all, to see to you.”
