Nikoloz turned off the water. Vincent helped him out of the tub and into the pajamas. The doctor and his nurses had set up at the edge of the bed, and proceeded to wrap Nikoloz’s arm in plaster. Dr. Franks put four stitches in his forehead and said he didn’t appear to have a concussion. He also jerked Nikoloz’s nose back into position, which resulted in a yelp and more cursing in Russian. The nurses gave him detailed instructions for the care of the cast, then finally left them alone in the room.
