With a laugh, Larry pointed out, “We have tickets. They’ll hold our seats. On the plane andat the show. Besides…I sort of know someone at the concert, so I think we’ll make it.”
As he pulled away from the curb, Crys leaned out her window and whooped. Then she called out to her friends, “Later, bitches! I’m going to see Geo in New York City!”
“Crystal!” Larry snapped, shaking his head. She might be growing up, but she still had a long way to go.
