“Whatever we do, let’s go somewhere warm!” Garrett said.
“Come on, I’ll drive.”
When they arrived at the movie theater, Eron walked up to the ticket window while Garrett stood back. The young clerk gave him a double take and eyed Garrett over his shoulder.
It’s really none of your business who buys the tickets, Miss.
Eron handed Garrett a stub and they walked into the lobby. He looked over his shoulder and smiled. The young girl blushed and looked away quickly.
After obtaining some popcorn and soda, Garrett and Eron made their way to the movie theater. It was already dark and the previews were playing. They found a seat and once the screen brightened, they realized they were the only ones in the entire theater in the middle of the day.
