After a chaos-filled summer, Kiko and Dom are ready to ease into a more laidback autumn and really put in some quality time together. Allowing Dom's ex roommate to crash with them, however, turns out to be a mistake when the guy won't leave.<br><br>Dom struggles to cope as Travis dredges up things from his past he'd rather not remember and slowly casts doubts on his relationship with Kiko. Just when the tension seems to be too much, a murder after a Halloween party reignites the spark between Kiko and Dom.<br><br>But when the body count begins to rise, it becomes clear that this is no ordinary killer. With few leads and no end to places the murderer could strike, this could either be a Halloween for Kiko and Dom to remember, or their very last.

Deal with the Deviled Eggs

“It’s just hard,” said Danielle, shaking her head. “You think you know someone. And then…I heard he was blackmailing Karen. And now this.”


“It sucks to get cheated on,” said Dom. “Believe me, I know.”


“Yeah, well, was he also blackmailing someone?”


“It was with his ex, if that counts. I had to take care of his kids.”


“People are shit,” said Danielle. “Anna and I were actually friends in middle school. I wouldn’t really kill her, you know.”


Danielle shot him a look. Apparently this was a question he shouldn’t be asking; Kiko would have known that. Dom hoped he hadn’t ruined it, but she started talking again after a moment.


“I don’t know anymore. Didn’t think she’d cheat on him with me, either. And she’s a damn good shot.” She paused. “But it’s hard to think of Anna killing anyone.”


“Maybe Spencer pissed her off,” said Dom, and Danielle let out a little laugh.
