“Of course. It’s why C21’s the best,” Ken replied.

“Not bad,” Sean said, after walking through the condo. “Not bad at all.”

The ground floor held a living/dining room, with a well-appointed kitchen off to the right end. A hallway led to the master bedroom and bath, as well as a two-car garage and laundry room. The second floor, above the bedroom and kitchen, had another bedroom and a balcony which looked down on the ground floor living area.

“Toss you for who gets the downstairs bedroom,” Ken said.

“It’s all yours. I like the other one. It has a good view of the courtyard and pool.”

“Works for me.” Ken picked up his bag—which held the clothes they’d stopped to get from his apartment—and went to unpack.
