I know I’ve got to share you, Mike, and I know I’ve got to tolerate Tim. I—” Ian tried explaining the situation, but he cut the other man off mid-sentence.

They were quiet for a few seconds and Tim took the opportunity to explain his side of the circumstances.
“Ian, I wasn’t exactly overjoyed when Mike came up with that condition either. Honestly, I’m still trying to work through it myself. It’s obvious you’re in love with Mike.
