Well, he’d figure it out, anyway. Definitely, it would be different. Hopefully not bad. But then, he and Dom had not only worked here together, but gotten out of difficult situations before. It was just a new in their lives.

Figuring out the marriage was getting harder to navigate. By the time Dom returned with the leftover pizza, Kiko knew it was up to him after all. Dom was good at taking action but not great at following that up with what he meant. It had been Dom who’d moved up all his things almost a year ago, but he’d refused to talk about having a relationship before that. And it had been Dom who got the geese, planned a proposal. But it would have to be Kiko who voiced what that meant.
