Chapter 13

Jeremy stirred, moving one of his legs over mine and rubbing his hands up and down my chest. “Hi, babe. You awake?” he sleepily asked, yawning.

“I am. Just woke up. I was thinking about you and how lucky I am to be with you.” I turned around to face him, morning breath in evidence and not caring.

He leaned in and kissed me, and I melted. Such a sweet, gentle man. I think I need to keep him, don’t you?
