“No one would think twice about seeing another tenant in the elevator.”

“The same holds true for delivery people, or repairmen,” Pat pointed out. “And whoever it is will look and act normal. We’re not talking hockey masks and six-inch long fingernails. Hell, for all we know, it could be Tony.” He winked.

“I confess. It’s me,” Tony replied, laughing. “I figured that discovering the first body would throw the cops off my trail.”

“Uh-huh.” Pat shook his head. “Somehow I don’t see you as a killer.”

“It’s the glasses,” Kirk said. “They make him look innocent. Underneath he’s a raging maniac.”

“Innocent?” Tony said. “More like a bookworm or an accountant.”

“Nope. Innocent and sexy.”

“Watch it, Tony, he’s coming on to you.” Greg grinned.

Tony snorted. “I’m not his type.”

“I’m curious. What type would that be?” Kirk said.

“Young, thin, cute. Your basic twink.”

“I see. I take it you’ve been watching me.”
