Fierce

“STOP!” he pled. “STOP! STOP! STOP!”


He nodded as sweat poured down his face. He reached inside his pocket. He tossed the flash drive my way. “Stop,” I casually said. The lasers went dark.


“You’re a crazy motherfucker!” he then shouted at me.


“We,” I said as the others moved in, Party City capes blowing in the breeze. “We’recrazy motherfuckers.” I pointed at them. “Fierce Force, meet The Brain. Brain, meet Fierce Force.” I moved to a foot in front of him. “Now then, leave Craig. Leave and don’t come back, because next time those beams won’t be so lenient with you.”


He exhaled. “You won’t like what’s on that drive, Lucas. I warned you.”


“So, now we’ve both been warned, Craig,” I replied. “And as for the senator, as promised, this is the end of all this. You go back to work, save humanity, forget about us, just as we’ll forget about the two of you.” Todd was suddenly standing next to me, his arm around my waist. “Ta!”
