Coop, Dean, and Colt looked at each other in worry, questioning what Amanda was about to say about Kip.


“Uncle Colt, there’s something wrong here. I can feel it.” Coop walked over to the computer and looked again at the map.


Colt explained to Dean sometimes it might sound weird, but his gut yelled at him when something didn’t feel right. It seemed his nephew had the same feelings. Something felt off about the way Amanda sounded on the phone, rushed and acting as though she already spoke to Mikey, or maybe she was frantic to find Mikey before their dad realized he was still missing.


“Coop, how was Mikey the last time you saw him? And better yet, how has Kip been?” Colt sat next to his nephew, staring at the computer, hoping some more notifications would come through.
