And then, as they rocked together on the hard ground and their passion mounted, lightning flashed, and the storm turned deadly. The shack trembled and shook, but they were caught up in a passion that made them oblivious to the storm around them. While it continued to rage, the turbulent wind rocked the lean-to, and something began to rip and tear, but they hardly heard it. Suddenly, the roof blew backward and then came a loud ripping sound as it tore away from the lean-to and blew away. In the next moment, they were being pummeled by the storm and the wind.

“Oh, God, Storm…”

Her words slowly faded, muffled by the sound of the storm screaming, the wind blowing, and the rain puddling around them. Like the storm in the sky, Storm’s love was tumultuous and fiery.
