“Kev,” Mac said, his voice husky, “I need to make you mine. I can’t…can’t go one more day without you.”


Relieved, Kevin nearly wept at his words. “Please,” he whimpered, not caring how desperate he sounded. “I need you, too, Mac. Please.”


Mac groaned and stepped back, his hands going to Kevin’s face, stroking his jaw. “You have no idea what you do to me. I find myself doing something at home or at work and then all I can think about is you and how I need to take you in my arms and kiss you.”


Kevin sighed. Mac was definitely a romantic, and his words sent his heart fluttering.


With great emotional pain, they finally parted and Mac slipped out the door, promising to come to Kevin’s after work.


For a long while, Kevin hid out in his office, waiting for his body to recover.
