Shut up. If he didn’t get out of there soon, he’d lose his precious control and give into temptation.

“Your Jeep is back at the bar.”

Well, shit.He’d forgotten that fact. Forcing himself to think fast, he came up with an easy solution. “I’ll walk to the clinic. No biggie.”

Donovan climbed out of bed, not bothering to throw any clothes on as he made his way to stand a few feet from TJ. “The office won’t open for a while. I’ll drive you back to get your car.” He met TJ’s gaze with a knowing look, then headed toward the bathroom.

Guilt splashed over him like a pummeling rain. “You don’t have to.”

Donovan stuck his head out of the bathroom to peer over at TJ. “Yeah, I do. How else are you going to retrieve your vehicle? Ask your receptionist?”
