“First, we wait for Kelly to get back. If we’re lucky, and my instincts say we might not be, one of the businesses has a camera that scans the street. If so, it might have caught the stalker’s car and hopefully the license plate.”


“I hate to say this, but we may be out of luck.” He ran the views from the other cameras, shaking his head. “They all caught him, but as I said, he knew they were there and did his best to keep them from photographing his face while working as fast as possible to get Alan to leave with him. One good thing, the surveillance monitor is connected to his computer. Edna, do you know the passwords I’ll need to get onto it?”
