“Well usually if your plumbing is talking to you it’s because you’ve been on an epic bender and you’ve gotten to know the plumbing really well,” Jason told him with a smirk. “But seeing as how your neighbors are a nice Muslim family and mostly underage, and you don’t so much as keep a bottle of beer in the house, I’m going to have to go with problem, yeah.”
Cameron flipped him off and got up to go check the plumbing next door. “This is something we haven’t seen on our side of the house yet,” he told Ali, “so I’m glad you said something to me. I’m going to head over and take a quick look, if that’s okay. Do you mind if I bring Reid? Your mom won’t shoot him?”
Ali grinned at that, and shook his head. “Please fix the pipes; it’s gotten so bad that my brother and sister and I don’t want to use the bathrooms or the kitchen!”
Cameron grabbed his plumbing tools from their resting spot by the back door and led Reid next door.
