“Oh thank God. Because I’ve been imagining you underneath me since I first saw you tucked into the corner at the PFLAG meeting.” His grin turned wicked, and then faltered. “That is, I mean, if you want that. Want it that way, I mean.”

“Honey, please,” I said, camping it up. I tilted my head, and gave him a sultry look out of the corner of my eye. “Look at me. I just scream bottom.”

“Well, I didn’t want to assume,” he said courteously. But I saw the wicked glint in his eye.

And speaking of assumptions…”I’m going to go get my overnight bag out of the car, okay? And then we’ll see about getting me underneath you.”

His gaze turned heated, and he inhaled through his nose. “Yeah,” he agreed, his voice going impossibly deep. “I’ll clean up and then we’ll see.”5
