Love, real love, had a funny way of doing that, of changing one’s priorities. Arliss just wished he could make Sean understand he had nothing to worry about.
Except maybe that wasn’t quite true.
Josh had not propositioned him sexually—well, not exactly. But the proposition he had put on the table that night was one that was extremely tempting to Arliss, a chance to make his dreams come true.
Unfortunately, it was a proposition Sean would probably dislike just as much as an out-and-out offer of sex from Josh.
They would have a lot to talk about when they got home. Arliss knew the conversation awaiting them could very well be a watershed moment in their relationship.
Arliss snuggled close to Sean once the frat boys got off the train at the Loyola stop, trying to comfort himself with the warmth of Sean’s bulk while he wondered if he could make his dreams come true and keep the man he loved…all at the same time.
Or would one of the two have to go?
