Private detective Ronan Bayne is a former cop who now runs his own agency specializing in all things paranormal. After several women have gone missing, Ronan gets called in by the police chief.<br><br> Dustin McPherson is a psychic who’s worked with the police in the past. After having a vision of one of the missing women, he meets Ronan. Together, they must solve a case more complicated than either of them expected.

Dustin hesitates and drops his gaze to his plate “I’m sorry you went through all that. I guess rules are kind of comforting for you, if you’re used to them. I never liked rules, never followed them much. But if that’s what you like, it’s cool. I just think you should follow them for the right reasons. Don’t follow them to keep a ghost happy, you should put yourself first.”


“Did you read me again?” Ronan sighs, stabbing at his pancake.


“It’s not stupid. And I didn’t read you. I promised I wouldn’t, remember? But I can’t help but pick up on your emotions sometimes. That and guessing made me think that maybe you were trying to make your dad happy or proud. I tried to make my parents proud, while trying to still be me. It didn’t really work out so well, hence the breakdown.” Dustin bites his lip, and Ronan wants to stop him before he makes his lip sore, but things are already getting personal. If he were to touch Dustin’s lips, the situation might become sexual.
