“But assuming this works, I want to license this from you. That means I want to pay you for this tool, on the regular. You can license it out to other people too—I won’t ask you for an exclusive license. I think it’s too valuable to hoard, honestly. I just have one request.”

Luke’s eyes were the size of saucers now. “What’s that?”

“Color. You’re a scientist. You don’t need color to read this. My clients are busy people. They’re not going to have time to go through all of the details. And what’s the best way to phrase this?” Nick stroked his chin for a moment. “Some of them are more charismatic than intelligent, if that makes any sense. They need the data to be easy to understand. If the charts are in color, they’ll be pretty and something people can grasp with a quick glance. We can throw them up on the screen into a nice graphic, so the average voter can understand them too.”
