Jenny’s gaze dropped to the hem of Renée’s skirt. It brushed the backs of her legs. Feeling slightly light-headed, she followed. This would most likely be hell on Earth, but maybe she would get some questions answered.

Two: What was she doing specifically in Florida? She’d mentioned Agent Tavery, the head of the Dragon Negotiations sub-department, but was that her sole reason for coming down here? Growing up in England as they both had, surely the heat of Florida was uncomfortable. Jenny herself was only here because her professor had said there was a dearth of medtechs in the Tampa office and she would find less competition here.
