Keith Anderson is in love with Bobby Michaels. Unfortunately Keith, with their fifteen year age difference, thinks he’s too old for Bobby. Bobby's Old Man

Jason stared at Zach. “Then why did he break Bobby’s heart?” Jason turned into Zach’s chest.


“Because Keith probably thought that Bobby was in lust, not love.”


“How could he not know? Bobby must have told him how he felt.” Jason protested pushing away from Zach.


Zach faced Jason. “We didn’t even know they were together. We missed all the signs. Bobby plays his cards close to his chest. Maybe he didn’t want Keith to know until recently.”


Jason’s face went from angry to thoughtful.


Zach continued. “Keith’s hung up about his age. Bobby’s only twenty-three, right? Maybe Keith thought that thirty-eight was a bridge too far. Keith said he was taking a few weeks off. As I said, I’ll call him tomorrow, and we’ll get this straightened out.”6


They put Kitty to bed around eight. Edith went back to the guesthouse. Jason watched Zach put down his iPhone. “I’ve tried calling him all day,” Zach said clearly exasperated.
