“We want Bella to be out of the hospital for a month before we do this. Again, she’s not getting a mother’s natural immunities from her breast milk so we want to be careful about exposing Bella to other people in an uncontrolled environment.”

“I have a big yard. Why don’t Papa and I host the party? If it rains, I can still get thirty people in the house.”

“Thank you, Mama. We were going to ask you.”

Bobby spoke up, “I’m sure Marla, Olivia and Cecily will help if we pay them overtime. Hannah’s going to be too busy with the baby.”

“Once we set a date, Mama, I’ll give you Bobby’s number so you can coordinate. Remember, keep it low key. And everyone has to prominently wash their hands before touching the baby. We can give the guests tiny bottles of Purell as a favor.”
