Chapter 16

He looked guilty. “I did. Two, in fact.”

I arched my eyebrows. “Ah, okay, okay, starting the party without me now? I see how it is.” I smirked.

“Sorry,” he muttered with reddened cheeks.

“No, no, don’t apologize. I was kidding. It’s super cool. In fact, let me buy you a third.” I tried so hard to calm myself because of my sudden hunger for him, and my suffering balls hadn’t been drained in a week. At the same time, I couldn’t help but like being around him. I enjoyed his company, so far.

“I mean, only if you don’t mind.” Wow, the good Christian boy loved his drinks, not that I’d ever complain. If anything, he gave me more hope for being less boring and more fun. Even though I wasn’t looking for love, I knew in my heart that I’d actually date him in a heartbeat based on his outer and inner beauty alone.
